I've mentored startups across Techstars, Startup Wise Guys, Katapult, and others. I've also built my own — Hive Identity raised $500K led by Isaac Saldana, the founder of SendGrid, someone I met while working there. I know what to skip and where to focus when time and budget are tight.
Most Recent Role
My last role before going independent. Nearly two years leading marketing and sales for Cynoia, Africa's all-in-one team workspace. What started as a mentorship connection grew into a full rebuild of the go-to-market strategy.

Launched new platform features and native African languages, closed partnerships with top telecoms and universities, and led cross-functional teams across Tunisia, Estonia, Senegal, and Morocco. Expanded the team into 2 new countries (Senegal & Morocco) and expanded market presence across 13 countries with 10+ high-profile partners.

The Founder Side
I've also built my own things. Back in Chile, I co-founded the first entrepreneurship agency in the country — we helped launch 93 startups, with about 65% of them making it off the ground.
In Estonia, I co-founded Hive Identity, a KYC platform for startups. We raised $500K — our lead investor was Isaac Saldana, the founder of SendGrid, someone I had the luck of meeting while working there. We built the product and grew the user base until the war in Ukraine hit our team and we had to shut down. It was hard, and it taught me more than most successes have.

When you've put your own money on the line and built the thing yourself, you stop caring about vanity metrics. You focus on what actually brings in customers.
